It's almost similar to the yoga child pose, I'd like to do this on an elevated surface, lowering the head & chest towards the floor between the arms. Hold this position for 10-30 seconds

Train purposefully, eat nutrient dense food, stay hydrated throughout your day & sleep to ensure your mind & body performs at it's best
